No worries! By the way, your link to X is broken on your Substack profile. 😬

Ooh I missed that one. Thanks for the heads up. I don’t have an X account anymore.

I was distracted with it. Couldn’t focus. It was a tough decision because I learned so much on X, yet it didn’t help me prioritize my time the way I wanted. Since leaving I’ve seen the increase in my focus levels and feel an improvement in accomplishing my life/work.

I really respect this. I only (re)booted an old Twitter / X account because I started writing but I refuse to use any others at this point, mostly because I do not have the bandwidth to monitor and manage multiple social platforms.

I personally believe that I can reach the goals that I have for my writing without having to be on all of them but perhaps that's a bit naïve. I hope I'm not wrong!

I appreciate the input. I think when used as a tool it’s great. Also what might work for others might not work for me is how I look at it. Glad to see you continuing to pursue your writing goals, starting with this newsletter here.

Appreciate it Josh. I'm trying to get back into it. Only a few know what's real and what's not! But, my privacy is of utmost concern in a world that's growing with surveillance.

I can understand and respect that. Would be down to keep the convo going in privacy if you’re up for it. You’re welcome to email me at josh@xtechnologies.io if you like.
