AI Boyfriends are Here, Groq is Fast, and ComfyDeploy Makes Comfy, Easy.
A few links and tools in the artificial intelligence space.
Morning y’all!
I’m not feeling my best but I wanted to get you all a few things to nibble on this Wednesday! So, with a slightly different format, we’ll jump into it.
A few things to consider, read, and try out:
Watching someone use Groq is really something else. It’s incredibly fast and just messing with it yesterday impressed me.
ComfyDeploy is a YCombinator startup that simplifies deploying to comfy.
Open source video style transfer via controlnets are getting really good.
Your AI boyfriend is here and chatbots are going going to cure your loneliness.
Open source is the path forward, at least according to Meta. And they also dropped the new Llama 3.1.
Gumloop raises some money for their drag-and-drop tool for businesses.
AI is apparently able to predict droughts a year in advance. If true, this is a really good use of the technology.
Teach yourself anything with Llama Tutor. It seems like they just organize the content better and in nice bullets with sources.
Samsung is pouring money into “AI Phones” and no one is sure what that means.
Transform your voice into content. Yes, another speech to text.
And then there was Mark Z’s baked interview about the future of AI! Have fun with that! I couldn’t really stand looking at his face so I moved it to audio-only.
