It’s a busy week already so we’ll just jump into it.

Apparently Procreate is anti-AI and I think they’re going to regret this statement since it’s far too binary to last for very long. Most importantly, what about all their staff that are actively using AI-centric tools for work? Whoops.
Will there be an AI Empire?
Perhaps it was somewhat foolish to turn our telescopes to the skies in search of intelligent life. We appear poised to create that life here on Mother Earth first. But unlike us, this new “species” would not be born of carbon and the trial and error of natural selection, but instead intelligently designed in a cradle of silicon. The question is, will we remain the “inventor” in this game? Or, like the Emperor, will our creations outsmart us such that they may sit on our throne instead?

Flux video is a funny video on Flux.

AGIBOT, a China-based robotics startup, has shared the news of a new family of humanoid robots which take a clear shot at Elon’s Optimus bot.
AMD has acquired ZT Systems for nearly $5b. Why? They make servers and they will have to compete against NVIDIA (or die). Oh wait, they are family. I forgot.
Berkely Law has launched a new Masters of Laws program focused on AI law and governance. It’s starting next summer. Not personally interested but I’m passing it around to friends that might.
This 8-year old is creating apps with the help of AI. Powerful stuff! And very encouraging, if I’m to be honest.
South Korea isn’t happen with the AI books initiative (or at least the parents). Huh. I can’t imagine why.
Finally, I saw this image pass through my inbox and it made me pause for a moment. Is the “best” product manager now just an AI engineer (or superuser)? Thoughts?
That’s it friends! Have a great rest of your day!
